I have used Weichert Realty as my property management company before and I chose them again. They provide a good service at a fair price. They will vet your tenants and they have a number of contractors on call for any work that needs to be done… None of my tenants have had any issues with them.

My family and I are tenants of a home managed by Weichert Property Mgmt in Fairfax County. We have been renting our home for over 5 years and have found Weichert’s property management team (especially Ms. Egnor and Ms. Florey) to be extremely responsive to all of our inquires and requests. They are quick to schedule service calls, including inspections and repairs and have always followed up with either a call or visit to ensure that the work was completed correctly. They solicit our feedback on the service provider, including the quality of their work, their efficiency, and when required, that the contractors were respectful of our family’s time for both the scheduling of appointments, as well as their adherence to the scheduled time. Likewise, they have always let us know well in advance when they needed to perform any required property inspections.In our experience as tenants, the Weichert Property Management folks have really been a class act. They are professional, swift to respond, and seem to be truly committed to ensure that they continue to work with top notch contractors who really know their respective fields.
